Malena! Congrats on your bfp! Have a happy and healthy nine months!

Mandy~ I know you don't think you will be around during o time, but my hubbies little guys lasted 5 days for my 2nd pg, so try to bd every other day just in case. Do you have the link to your chart? Your cycle was screwy and I would like to take a peek.
Angie~ I am hoping I missed a bfp post?? Or did AF come Sunday? Keep us posted.
Kim~ Keeping your surgery today in prayer. Post an update when you feel up to it okay.
Leslie~ I have low d. If you have an oil based pill for a prescription you may want to consider ordering from vitalady the dry kind. My levels never went up with the oil, but the dry worked right away. Still low, but at least normal. I have heard that low d can affect a guy, but never heard about a girl. Interesting.
Kristin~ Looking at your chart again maybe you o'd on cd 12 and are about 9dp0. Still not sure with your erratic temps and times temping. Are you feeling AF ish??
Penny~ Saw that AF started! Good news. Good luck! Will you have a test to see if the tubes are clear and open now?

How are my other girls doing?? So.... Question of the week. Do you have any good websites to share? I know most of us use Fertility Friend....but what about sites with info? Maybe I could add a little section to the post of good sites for the newbies? Does anyone have a topic they want to discuss some week? Send me a PM with ideas okay. Keeping you girls in prayer.

Hi Shari,

Last month was a bust. I am on CD15 now and just waiting for that positive ovulation test to present itself.  I'm not your average 28 day girl so I have to be patient....LOL  They are getting darker so I am hoping that by or on the 19th I will have "O"ed.  According to myfertilitycharts.com ( one of the tracking my ovulation websites I use as well as Fertilityfriend.com) that is the day they have picked out.  We shall see.  Also could you please update my info from 15 to 16 years...Thanks.

Congrats to those who have received their BFP's and Best of Luck to all those baking mama's

Add me please! TTC #1 since TODAY, 5/15/10!!!!!! I am soooooooooo excited :)

My name is Nikki, I am 28 years old, and I just celebrated my 1st wedding anniversary last weekend with my wonderful husband, Gabe. We live in Oregon with our 3 cats :) Both my husband and I are social workers for the state of Oregon. We are trying to buy our first house sometime this summer!

I am different than the average gal on here... I had Lap band surgery back in 2007 and have struggled with it most of the time I've had it. I have a 75 pound range of weight I've fluctuated between slips and re-fills. I am now at a pretty good fill level for the first time in a year, but still at the upper range of my weight range.

My husband and I have been educating ourselves on plus size pregnancy. I am following the gestational diabetic diet as my way of weight loss with the band, so that if/when I get pregnant, I can try my hardest to prevent GD. I have many symptoms of PCOS, but do not know if I actually have the syndrome, or if the symptoms are an affect of my weight. I don't have many periods, but they seem to regulate somewhat as I lose some weight and lay off the sweets.

We are going to start out passively TTC, as in not using protection but not doing any actual planning, charting etc. I am going to continue my hardest to eat right and exercise and see what happens. Eventually if I don't get pregnant, we will start trying more actively. I hope that makes sense. Just knowing that I COULD get pregnant is a huge motivator to continue eating right and drinking tha****er!

I plan to keep using my Lap band as a tool to control my portion sizes. I have already made some major changes in my life to support a pregnancy. The biggest one so far is that I weaned off my anti-anxiety medication and I feel great! I was hoping to have a drug free pregnancy ideally and so far I feel like I just might pull it off. I fully support women who need to take medication during pregnancy, but I wanted to at least try it med free for now :) And I've been taking prenatal vitamins for about 9 months already.

I have been a lurker for a long time and I know there are women my size who get pregnant and have healthy babies. You guys are my inspiration. My OB/GYN is supportive of my decision to start TTC now, so here we go!

Hi Shari,

Had surgery yesterday, it took a little longer than they expected, almost 2 hrs.  Fibroid was bigger than she thought, she was able to detach it, but couldn't get it all out, so it will have to pass.  It was blocking my tube.  I'll be going for a follow-up on Thurs, and hopefully it's all cleaned out.  Thx for thinking of me.

Hi, Shari!

My OPK line was a little bit darker today and I'm getting some EWCM, so I'm guessing I'll probably O in the next day or two.  I'm CD 16.  DH and I have been doing the BD every other day.  I won't be home from May 21-26, which are supposedly my peak fertile days... but we're gonna BD on the 20th and maybe on the 21st before I have to run to the airport.  LOL!

I don't know if my hubby's swimmers are as good as your hubby's. :)  We'll find out in the next few months, I guess!

As far as my chart goes... I've only JUST started charting (for 7 days now) so it probably won't tell you very much.  I've only kept track of my periods before then... 8 months' worth.  But you're welcome to take a look!

I don't know if that link will take you right to my chart... but if it doesn't, my username is MandyHerndon.
