OT: Alex is 8 months old. (pics and video included)
I can not believe how fast time is flying by. Alex turned 8 months old on the 6th. He is growing way too fast. I remember the day he turned 8 months, I was worrying to my mom and friend that Alex hadn't pulled himself to a standing position yet, nor did he even seem interested. No sooner did that sentence come out of my mouth, did he stand up on his toy! I was on the phone with my mom when it happened and i just couldn't believe it. That was less than a week ago.
Today... well, it would be easier to list his newest accomplishments as of today...
1) He can go from crawling to sitting to crawling
2) He started to "cruise"
3) He can say "dada".. well it sounds more like "dadadadadadada" but it's a start!
Those three were just from today alone!
He eats pretty much everything now. Loves tomatoes, blackberries, salmon, chicken, well... food in general. I'm still trying to get him into the sippy cup but he really just hates it.. almost as much as he hates peas.
We also have turned diaper and clothing changes into wrestling matches. He just wants to get up and go go go go go.
He has had his 2 bottom teeth for quite a few months now, but I think in the next few days his top teeth will be coming in as well. He gums look so swollen and bumpy. Plus he's insanely cranky the last 2 days. He is NEVER cranky. Everyone always mentions how happy and smiley he is.
He's a real lady's man. They all flock to him and of course he loves the attention.
I don't have a height/weight on him yet. We get that at his 9 month check up.
