This is how I do it:

Photobucket.com
Create an account if you don't have one yet.
Upload your pictures.
Open your pic and copy.
Paste into your post.

Tada!

Highest / DOS / Current / Goal / I've lost / Height / Size B4 wls / After wls

you can either upload them to something like photobucket.com then copy and paste the actual image here or put them on your profile and then copy and paste the image here.
