34 Week Dr. Visit today

So, I figured out why I have had so much cramping type pains in the pelvic area- both boys, weighing in at 5.5 lbs each, are head down! That is fabulous news, of course, if they stay that way. But Dr. says as long as the first twin stays head down I should be able to try a vaginal delivery- which is what I really want! So, she is anticipating worsening Bh contractions- I get an average of 3-4 per hour, but since they aren't dilating anything, there's not anything to be done. My BP was high for me- not medically high, but usually runs a lot lower. This happened when I was about three weeks away from labor with my daughter- and the increased contractions are similar, so maybe things are moving along. I'm still so mixed about being on maternity leave so early. I have been so exhausted the last few days- I think I may be catching up or something, because I literally can't even complete a chore at all without having to stop because I can barely lift my arms anymore! Well, that's the update. Have an appt next week for my GBS test in case I deliver  a little early. Thanks for listening!

Hummm maybe you will deliver before me lol

Rest now while you can. I was just telling someone today I can't imagine carrying 2 babies! One is hard enough on the body.
