disney at 31 weeks!

My vacation is almost here! I leave a week from saturday (let me do the math for you - 10 days!!!) I sooo need this break... I work an hour away from home and work about 55 hrs a week. Thank goodness i have had a good and uneventful pregnancy because at the moment i am the income for our home as hubby lost his job at xmas. I am exhausted and super excited about having 9 days off to spend with MICKEY MOUSE :) I was so stressed when we originally booked because we promised my son a trip to disney and used my august bonus last year to book and pay for a trip this august... then in november we found out i was pregnant and had to rethink our plans. I wasnt about to tour disney in the heat of august with a 1 month old... Still we had promised my little guy disney so we decided to go in may for his birthday. I will be 31 weeks pregnant... We made LOTS of dining reservations to break up the days and give me time to sit and relax in air conditionsing. I have been feeling great. My doc scheduled an appointment for me the day before i leave just to check eveything out to make sure i look ok to travel. Still no guarantees, but he seems to think i will have no issues since my last pregnancy was so uneventful and so far this one has too. So fingers crossed that next fridays visit is the green light and i am on the next plane to florida!

I went to disney at 27 weeks.  Went on the majority of the rides and felt pretty good walking.  Have fun!  I love disney!

WOW! Good for you! I think you are super brave going now. I am sure you will have a FANTASTIC time! Make sure you take lots of pics to share when you get back.

Good luck! I can't imagine trying that at even 17 weeks.
