BLUE!!!

I am so excited. My BF already has two girls (16 and 9) and we were really hoping for a boy. I would have still been happy either way, but I am so excited now. Everyone kept telling us that it would be a girl because he only makes girls, so now I can proudly say that they were all WRONG.

We also got the results of all of our testing and the baby tested negative for everything. This is just so great- I've always wanted boys. His name will be Holden Lewis, we've had it picked out since way before I got pregnant. Holden is from Catcher and the Rye and Lewis is the name of my deceased granfather and my BF's gpa, father and oldest brother. I would like to know what everyone thinks of the name. I have been getting a lot of negative feedback- but I just love it.

Congrats on being team blue! I love having a son, and I like the name. My sister is pregnant also and naming her baby Porter Ashley whether it is a girl or boy and she has been getting some slack about it. I like different names.

Congrats!! I love the name Holden. I always have! Unfortunately, I married a man with a last name H____N, so I can't use it because it would sound too much like the Swedish Chef. LOL!

So excited to see a boy around here! Seems like everyone I know is having a girl! (Not that they're any less wonderful!)

Congrats on being on Team Blue! I love the name Holden. Don't listen to the negative people. I got a lot of flack for my choice of name too. Though I had picked the name Robert Edward LONG before that famous book series came to life.

Congrats on joining the boy team! Having been a member for 15 years now - my son just had a b-day last week - I can attest to the fact it's a wonderful team to be on. Can't knock the girl team, I just haven't been on that team!

BTW...I like the name Holden Lewis...it's a unique name w/o being 'odd.'
