Quad test
I am 35 and this was our first child. My OB required me to see a high risk OB due to my age and past loss history. We opted to have the NT scan and the blood work but WOULD NOT do amino or anything further. We felt this baby was a gift from God and nothing would change our mind. It was more to ensure the baby had the most testing available to look at everything (brain, chambers of the heart, etc) to let us know if there is something we needed to prepare for and also since I had lost three babies, just give us assurance of anything strange. My high risk OB found my placenta previa on the anatomy scan but my OB didn't.
My RE, OB and High Risk OB all said why not do the scans just to see more in-depth of the baby but knew amino would not be an option for us due to the risk of miscarriage and it wouldn't change anything. So, I think really it is a personal preference. If you are worried and feel it will cause you extra stress, don't do it. If you just want to have extra peaks at the baby and piece of mind that everything is being watched closely, then do it.
