VSG people
I was freaked out too when I discovered I was pregnant before the year post-op time.
I really do think it is much different for us in that we don't have that malabsorbtion issues, and so I was shocked whem y doctors were just as calm and non-judgemental about it. My PCP, not so much, but I don't care about him anyways. I have issues with him.
Still, I am MUCH healthier now than I was with ANY of my other pregnancies.
I know I've read on some VSG boards where TTC "earlier" than the 1-yr is approved as long as one has reached their goal weight. Of course I wasn't there yet, but I am the smallest I've been since Middle school.
