Baby registry

Hubby and I went to look at stuff yesterday at Babies R Us and started the registry. Hubby was gonna get himself killed with the gun. I swear he registered for 5 packs of newborn diapers! He's like we are gonna use them like crazy. I was trying to tell him that if we have a big baby we will NEVER use 5 boxes of diapers. Keep in mind there are 84 diapers in a box and they only go up to 10 pounds.

He starts shooting whatever we need without looking. I have no idea what kind of wipes (or diapers) I want to use. I was thinking about getting a variety of stuff like that since I don't know what kind I want. he got one thing and one thing only.

We did look at strollers a little closer than anything else since we got a travel system.

When we got to the bottles I almost killed him! He just starts shooting whatever since we need them. I was like STOP! I don't know what kind I want or anything else. He told me we need bottles so get some. He doesn't get it.

16 weeks down, 24 to go without killing him. UGH!

Can you update or change your registry on line?

Yup, and I plan on doing it after I put on what I want!

 Ahhh note to self take sister to make registry not fiance! LOL

I was gonna take the hubby's cousin but for some reason took him.

LOL That is EXACTLY why hubby wasn't allowed to go with on that trip! The good news - you can go online now and remove everything you really didn't want! I did quite a bit of editing after DH was picking things out online. They are clueless and just have fun using the scanning gun. Oh yea and my hubby is dead convinced that baby showers shouldn't happen until AFTER the baby comes so you know what to buy.

I like the idea of a "Mother's only" camp while we are preggo! lol See DH working second shift sounds better and better - I am a weekend wife. We get a long great 2 days a week

LMAO I work nights and he is days. It's great that we see each other on weekends. Otherwise, I would be trying to kill him daily. And I love him too. Just the hormones I guess. *shrug*

Ha! You think your hubby was bad, I took my 4 year old daughter and thought she'd like to use the scan gun. Which she did! She thought we needed EVERYTHING for a baby. Needless to say, I went online later and deleted many things.

LOL I swear hubby was like a kid!

Haha, I fet the same way with my mom & aunt. But they reminded me I could exchange things after the baby shower if I decided I didn't like/need them :) I did my registry around the same time and have added/deleted online throughout the time I sent out the invites
