Hello everyone.  I have been lurking but I have been down.  I have been in prayer for my situation.  I am sopose to be happy at this time.  I am putting my best foot forward.   I know god holds me in the palm of his hands.  Its the human side of me.  I recieved my preliminary results of the amnio,  The person said baby has chromosome problems and may not live long.  I rebuke that devil.    I have not heard what the rest of the results are.  I have been told by alot of people that alot of these tests are wrong and baby comes out fine.  I am praying that this is the case I am in.  Please keep me lifted up in your prayers.  Congrats on everyone that have had healthy babies.

I come into agreement with you, and declare the word of God in John 10:10 thats says he has given us life, and life in abundance.  Stay strong and know who your confidence is in :)
God bless you.

I am thinking of you and will keep you in Prayer! It is so hard at times like this to let go and let GOD, but it is so important. We are not in control, and you are right he is holding you close right now!! He watches over you and that little precious baby, and has big plans. Thinking of you!

While we try to teach our children all about life, our children teach us what life is all about.

I refused testing because I knew it was out of my hands.  Children are blessings, and as hard as it might be, (and was for me- when I had a loss)- even if they are only with us for a short time.  Keeping you and your family in my thoughts.

Dee, I pray that everything turns out okay for you and the baby.

The Amniocentesis is roughly 99% accurate.

*Sorry, I just re-read and see that you did take the amnio - wasn't trying to be insensitive.  I thought you were referring to other tests which can sometimes be inaccurate.  I will be "of advanced maternal age" by time I am pregnant.  I am not sure - actually I'm almost positive that I will NOT take an amnio . . . unless something is seen in other tests.

Trust God.  Your pregnancy, your child is a blessing no matter how it turns out.

God Bless,
Leila

No you are not being insensitive.  God is the ultimate doctor.  IT is in his hands.
