Update on Chavon & Jakob ETA - PICTURE!!!
OK so I sent Chavon a text this morning to see how they were doing. She is home, Jakob is still in the NICU. They are waiting for him to gain some weight and get in all his feedings - they are hoping that he gets to come home this weekend.
I told her that we will keep them in our thoughts and prayers! I'll update if I hear anything else
