Possibly Miscarrying

Last night in bed my blood sugar dropped and I got real dizzy.  I had my husband go make me an egg and some turkey bacon.  After that, I was feeling a little better and when I sat up, I felt a warm gush.  When I got up I was bleeding and had passed a half dollar sized clot. We called the doctor and decided to wait until this morning to go in.  I had some pretty bad cramping in the night, and am still bleeding.  Don't know what will happen today, but if you could please pray I would appreciate it.  By the way, yesterday morning I said something to my son about the baby and he said "there is no baby, it went bye-bye".  Kind of freaked me out.  I hope that this is just a placental tear, but I am worried.  I will update later.

Thanks all.  I have an ultrasound scheduled for 2 so we will see.  I will just rest until then.
