exercise and question

I usually do an abs class on Wednesday, and its pretty intense. Should I stop this for now? (I figure I am around 4-5 weeks) and just do treadmill or something?

Oh, and I have been really hot at night, and I am NEVER hot. the last 5 nights I am so stinking hot, and don't sleep well, and my husband, who is always hot says the temperature is just perfect. Is this weird?

Check with your OB of course but I was told that if you have a work out routine before your pregnancy that your body is used to it should be safe to continue it.

I was told by my OB doc not to do stomach workouts past 3 months pregnant and if it's uncomfortable before that then to stop. As far as being hot, yeah it's hormones. I'm usually freezing and my hubby is hot, now I can be hot when he's comfortable and that NEVER happens.

 I'd do the abs class while you're still comfortable doing it. I'm 12 1/2 weeks and I do an ab workout every few days (same as before).
