baby shower question??

WOW! That has got to be an awesome shower, I can't wait to see pictures! As far as the seating arrangement, let her do it and then if people come and want to sit somewhere else, let them. I've been to things before where I didn't like where I was supposed to sit, so I changed my name with someone else. My point is, people will be fine, if they don't like where they're sitting, they'll move anyway.

hah you ladies are funny. that would be cool. there is only one fellow bypass patient going and it was because of her that i decided to do surgery and with her surgeon too :) the best thing i've ever done, don't regret it for anything!!!!! I'll definetely put up pictures. your right, I guess if they don't like where they sit they'll move. I just don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable. I know my mom just wants everything to be nice... she means well. I guess I'll soon understand when I have my little.. sometimes i still can't believe it. You ladies are the best :) THANKS 

im i LOVE LOVE LOVE jungle island.. and so does my son.... i took my son and daughter to lion country safari about 2 weeks ago... they loved that also... as julie said i would just let her have her assigned seating LOL and let her pay for it...

I agree that if your Mom is contributing to the expenses of the shower that this may be something to let go as it is not going to hurt anybody. I assume she knows enough, if not all, of those invited, so as to make an informed decision and would not be putting a table full of total strangers together but rather groups of people who at least know someone at the table. In my case, it was a good thing for the wedding, because there were certain people we KNEW would not and SHOULD not sit together for whatever reason....old family fights, gossips, whatever....
Maybe you can compromise and work on the arrangements together and it will be great...sound like it will be a beautiful shower!
