So today was a busy day for Ms Anaya. She had a pediatric appt, a WIC appt, and a genetics appt. The pediatrian gave her good scores and cooed over how cute she is. Same at her WIC appt, and she got her high caloried formula (even though she drinks mostly breast milk). The big appt today was with genetics. The dr looked her over, then read her file, then reviewed her prenatal case. He then proceeded to tell me the attending physician from her u/s was an ass...like I thougght all along..cause there is NOTHING wrong with her shes just small. Her nose is obviously small from genetics, more than 30% of the population is born with a VSD (its the most common birth anomoly), and her size has officially been said to also just been genetics (the women in my family apparently just carry small babies). So Anaya Faith does NOT have down syndrome and is a perfectly healthy baby girl. Yay and whew...now I can rest easy.

Man she is super cute! I love how alert she is! I bet she is totally active! You are gonna have a runner on your hands in a few months! Man, she makes me wanna hold my lil girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
