Hugs and more hugs!
I just want you to know that if it does turn into PPD it's not something to be ashamed over.   It's very common and sooooo normal!     I have a 3 year old and sometimes think I"m slowing going to lose it.   With 2 other young children and your new baby it is going to be a struggle.   Being a mommy is a lot of work!    Just hang in there and know everything will work out.  If you need drugs to get through it so be it!
Oh and...... I have a Brady and he is the cutest , most sweet little 3 year old. EVER.. so I think it's a Brady thing! :)

The marker that my doc used with me when I was sure if I had baby blues or PPD was, "Do you feel like what you are feeling now is affecting your ability to bond with your baby/" For me it was, and thankfully, once I started zoloft I was SO much better in just a couple of days. Thankfully it didn't cause me any anxiety issues. I would say though to use that as what you watch out for, if you start to feel like what you're feeling now is keeping you from bonding.
I second, third, fourth "The Happiest baby on the Block." Get the DVD - it really is a sanity saver. I swaddled my son for the first few months for sleeping and he slept reliably and would go down to sleep in mere minutes.
