Can somebody tell me about baby dropping?
Okay...I am thinking she is dropping because I am starting to feel her WAY more downstairs and way less up by my ribs. The weirdest thing....I have always been able to feel her more laying down...now I feel her more sitting up. And most of the movements are felt downstairs.
Would you take that that she is heading or is in the pelvis at this point? I have my 37wk appt on Thursday(we'll be 37wks, 4 days...but thats all they had this week!).
I am determined that this baby is gonna drop or they won't induce me until 41 wks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well...thats not in writing, if she gets too big, they will...but if she doesnt drop, I most likely wont go into labor on my own and I really want to!!!!!

The title of your post made me giggle. My first reaction was "Try not to do that".
Anyhoo...I don't really know about the dropping but I have the same type of feeling, including being able to feel her more when I'm sitting up. She was engaged at my 36 week appt on Monday but I don't know that she couldn't move back up...who knows?
I really want to go into labor on my own as well but my doc isn't letting me go past 39 weeks so I have to try everything I can to get this party started before then. Everything I've read about induction makes me not want it.
