best maternity swinsuit for post WLS saggy breasts & tummy?

Anyone have any luck with finding a decent maternity swimsuit?

Even though my breasts have grown with this pregnancy, they are not at all full or non-saggy...  In fact, they are just lower & droopier than before!

Also, the sides of my belly and my lower abdomen are still saggy & mostly empty skin (from losing over 200 pounds)

And then of course my upper arms!  (Although if I can get some decent breast support, and not have the girls look like flattened pancakes in my bathing suit...well then I don't care too much about my arms.)

Same thing goes for my thighs...  they are saggy & loose, but that doesn't really bother me.  My two areas of concern are mostly my chest and stomach.

I was thinking about a tankini, but I don't want any of my belly to pop out from underneath!  (prepregnancy I would wear a onepiece skirted bathing suit & wear a netted coverup shirt on top to conceal my non-cleavage.)

Any suggestions would be welcome!  I plan on going to the pool every day in June & July!

I had to giggle when I read your post - only because I HATE shopping for bathing suits and I am SOOOO glad that I don't have to wear one pregnant! When I do brave a suit - I too have saggy belly and boobs from loosing all my weight. I go with a tankini, if I am going to the beach I have bottoms with a little skirt on them, for my Grandmother's pool I just wear the normal bottoms. I was in Target the other day and they did have some cute maternity suits.

Good luck!

Thanks, I will look into a tankini.  I never have before because I was always under the impression that they are similar to bikini's in that they show off some belly skin...  You are saying this is not true?

Thanks again!

not true at all!! It covers everything (as long as you buy one that fits right of course). Mine actually comes 1/2 way down the bottoms so nothing shows.

I agree with Liz about the tankini. It is what I wear as well. I have the sagging stomach as well and I like to be covered with no skin showing... So I usually buy the tankini top and boy shorts and usually get a skirt to wear over the boy shorts. I like the boy shorts because I get the most coverage out of them. If could wear the skirts with the panty attached, but there is still skin that is showing because those panties just don't cover my stomach and lower area. If that is the case, then I just buy underwear the same color as the bottoms and you'll never know. I tend to get black bottoms anyway with a colorful top. That is the good thing about tankini's... you can mix and match!!  Good luck to you...

I highly recommend the Lands End adjustable tunic top tankinis. They have a string on the side that lets you cinch it up or let it be really long. I'm 6' tall and have one, and when it's totally uncinched it comes down to below my hips (which would be plenty of coverage for a pregnant tummy.) It also comes in D and DD cups which are pretty supportive.
