Update on Lydia and I

Ain't that the truth? Lydia is 8 months old now, and she is bonkers! I LOVE it! She has achieved an astonishilgly rapid crawl ( especially when aiming for the ca****er or mess on the kitchen floor) and is walking around the living room furniture, grabbing anything she can get her chubby little Barney Rubble hands on. She is curious about EVERYTHING (including whether or not laptops are thirsty. Decidedly, they are not. Thank you Best Buy credit card for my new Toshiba.)

While we have had some small isues with difficulty breathing, her health is greatly improved, and we see her specialist next week for a check up. She is 21 pounds - which is SUCH a blessing given her health issues, and I adore every fold and dimple.

She got her first tooth yesterday, and is eating so well ... She loves everything I make her. Except Green Beans. And beef. And green beans and beef well hidden in other foods.

Still bald as the day is long, her 12 hairs appear to be red, and we're still waiting for her eyes to change to the green that every member of our family has - except
her.

I am doing a lot better as well. After working with my doctors to switch my meds a little, my PPD is under control, and with daily walks in the sun, lots of healthy food, and the support of my family, things are brighter. I will return to work May 3 to finish the school year (I dont want to go back at all, but I need the health insurance for L), BUT, my principal was let go due to budget cuts in education (the Lord works in mysterious ways) so that will make it a lot easier to return to work.

I am attemting to post photos, but I am not very adept with these types of things (remember the drowned laptop from above?), but I posted them on profile, too.

Wow sounds like she is doing great!! And you too!

Oh just copy and paste the actual image of the photo into your message. I have trouble if I try to do it with firefox but it works great with IE.

Sooooooooo OT, but what kind of Toshiba did you get from Best Buy?? I'm looking at one to buy and thats the brand I'm leaning towards. Do you like it??? Any problems?

Ummm ... its a shiny black kind with stripes. Yeah, I'm a techie genius. Lol ... I checked the box it came in and it says "Satellite L505D-GS6000" and I loooove it! It's so fast and it has a ton of memory! The screen is great, its light, and the graphics are bonkers! I highly reccomend it!
