2 week update!

well folks i cant believe its been 2 weeks already... my fears of having a girl have been put to rest ****il shes 13) ... we have survived multiple poop crisis... an overdose of pink.. and the easter bunny!.. shes now 7 lb 11 oz and 22 inches.. shes grown 3 inches in 2 weeks!... she drinks 4 oz of formula every 2-2.5 hours.. is very alert... can lift her head off my chest and off the floor during tummy time... jayson is still getting used to her.. and all the funny noises and smell that come with her...


having 2 under 18 months has been an experience... one i wouldnt trade for the world... at times its been rough and ive wanted to pull out my hair... like the time she had poop all the way up to her boobs and in her umblical cord and jayson spilled the dog bowl of water and wanted to slip and slide in it at the same time i was giving her a bath... 2 hands isnt enough.. 4 wouldnt be either... then i remember they are only little for a while and to treasure every day!

So true they sure grown too fast. I am happy things are going well for you! The picture is so cute he is looking at her like what the?? They are adorable!!!

That is a sweet picture! It sounds like you're doing good with 2 so young like that. I am not sure I could handle it, I'm worried about dealing with my 4 year old and a newborn.

Gosh that sounds familiar! Our middle two are the same age for 10 days so I had 2 under 12 months when I came home from the hospital with our 3rd. Boy it was sure interesting. I was like a zombie for the first 6 months....lol I hardly remember anything from that time!

But you're right, they're only this little once and you have to treasure it. I'm glad we took a lot of video of them at that time or else I wouldn't remember anything! lol

They are both beautiful and just think of all the stories you'll have to torture them with when they are teenagers! lol

I'm here to tell you that it does get easier.  Having 2 under 2 that is.   Just always keep two steps ahead of them and you will be good as gold.

You are a strong woman!  They are so cute together.   I had some high hope that girls wouldn't do that poop-trick where it goes up to their neck and down their sleeves.... aren't girls supposed to be....well girly??
