I am so glad that the bleeding has stopped and that your cervix was nice and closed, but that sounds very frightening.

I hate to sound so negative but I don't like the way they handled you at all.  I also am terribly sensitive this pregnancy so maybe it is just me.

Good thing you have your appt on wednesday.

Well, most L&D Triage's won't see you unless you are 20 weeks. They will refer you to the ED. The ED wouldn't have even checked my cervix. My OB nurse kept saying do you know anyone at the hospital in L&D? Don't go to ED you need to go to L&D Triage but you need to get someone to agree to see you. I work in quality and know a lot. So, my boss called over to L&D Manager and they said sure bring her over to L&D Triage. So, I got right in but I knew the doctor wouldn't do much. Since I was below 20 weeks most doctors have the mindset they can't do anything.  I guess I understand that but still would have been nice to at least be seen or check up there :)

I just keep hoping my OB will agree to see me. I understand they are busy but geez, you sent me to L&D and they said for me to see you today?? It is so confusing and frustrating at the same time.

They think that the baby is pushing on the Genital branch of genitofemoral nerve right by the bottom of the pelvis bone. So, they think all the pain and pressure I have on my right side is that. But, hopefully the doctor will have an answer tomorrow!

That sounds pretty scary. Dod you call the high risk doctor to see if they could possibly see you a little earlier? I can't believe your docs can't squeeze you in somewhere! That's crazy! I hope they can put your mind to rest soon!

I know the high risk ob will want me to try and see my OB first since I already have an appointment Wednesday morning with them.

Luckily the OB told the nurse she needed to see me so they are working me in tomorrow morning!

I"m glad you were able to get to see the doctor tomorrow.  It's always nice to have some reassurance.
