Jeez!! How did I get cramps in my middle toes? The left foot got it, then about the time I got over that, the right one did it!! Is that par for the course, or am I just having a lovely day? Anyone know what I can do to prevent it from happening again?

Thanks for listening!!

I'm not sure about toe cramps in particular but I get leg cramps and it's usually due to me being low on my potassium and calcium.  It can't hurt upping your intake of these two things.  My husband always gets cramps/charlie horses in the weirdest places (including his toes) and usually if I start him on a multivitamin they go away.

Sorry I couldn't be more help!  Hope you feel better.

Try eating a banana a day, get some OJ or grapefruit juice and have your B12 checked. Also did you get enough water? All of these things lead to leg cramps for me.

Hope you are feeling better

I definitely get toe cramps. They are almost always in my middle left toe and almost hurt more than a leg cramp. I find it happens most when I don't get enough water.

I've been getting leg cramps like crazy but I think it is because I have been sleeping in the fetal position every night. I am usually a back or stomach sleeper so I have to use a Snoogle pillow to keep myself on my side. My legs just aren't used to being crunched up!

Probably potassium. Baked potatoes are HIGH in potassium. Try eating a couple a week and then a banana a day. Hopefully the cramps will go away.
