Cramps?

Okay...so everything else appears normal for my pregnancy, but I have been having menstrual like cramps the past few days.  I looked it up,and everywhere I looked they say Braxton-Hicks contractions, but I thought those were supposed to be painless & where your abdomen contracted.
This feels down below, where my normal menstrual cramps are!

I did do ALOT of walking yesterday at the family reunion...& then I went to Walmart.  But...while these are worse than the last couple days, I have been noticing mild cramping for a few days.  Today's feel like my period is coming soon.  Backache just normal, pressure...the normal...so I'm not sure its a sign of anything.  Because I don't know anything!!!!!!!

But doggone, I'm uncomfortable!  I upped my water intake because I have Not been great the last few days of traveling about that.

Could I just be dehydrated or what?

Updated since I had my baby....280(highest pregnant)/245(current)/140 still is my goal and I know I can do it!!!

Sorry you're so uncomfortable- I get cramps sometimes too, and for me it hasn't been anything serious. It's good that you upped your water. And Braxton Hicks can hurt! Sometimes when I get them coming on frequently they make my muscles very achy and tired. Try taking a little Tylenol if they're really bad. If it's impending labor, you'll have to wait until things start going before you'll know. Since you've been having  alot of pelvic pain, it could also be related to that. Try resting today on your left side and keep pushing fluids- sometimes I have to take a whole day of simple rest and mine get better. Good luck!

Braxton hicks can definitely hurt!  :)  Mine do!  I even called the doc in the middle of the night the other night because I was having them 3 minutes apart for an hour and a half......but .....false labor....they stopped after that.....but definitely not fun!

I totally understand though....its so hard to determine whats real and whats not b/c i have no idea what to expect either!!  :)  good luck to you hun!
