GRR!! dumb me screwed up long post!

I just typed a novel about my first appointment, then lost it all when I tried to add pics. How the heck to I add pictures to my post?

I usually copy and paste them from another website like Photobucket or facebook... they kind of turn out small... but I think on Photobucket you can size them differently... hope that helps.... I'm not very tech savvy! :)

LOL I post to an album here and just let everyone know I posted. I don't do photobucket but I am sure I will too.
