Contact your surgeon & tell him/her about your pregnancy.  They should have some advice for you.  Make sure your OB knows about your WLS.  Make sure you take your vitamins and supplements and keep on top of your labwork.

Be sure to add carbs back into your diet. At least 100g of carbs a day. Make them good, multigrain, non-white, good complex carbs if you can. Don't know what surgery you had, but if you had RNY, you'll need those carbs to keep you out of ketosis, which is bad for fetal brain development. Start taking a prenatal instead of your multi vitamin. You need the extra iron in the prenatal and it also provides the 1mg of folic acid that you need for a healthy pregnancy. Make sure you up your calories by about 300. You'll need those extra calories as well for a healthy weight gain. Good luck and congrats on your pregnancy!
