update......

Well ladies, I am currently 23 weeks and 3 days, and wow its flown by!    We went on our "babymoon" ( if you wanna call it that) this past weekend for Chad's (the fiance's) birthday to his parents new cabin in Ohio.  He hasnt seen his family since last June.  They were wonderful!  Not only did they basically do anything and everything above and beyond accomodating but the actual time spent with them was priceless to see how happy and proud he was to talk about Claudia.

Guess what!!  He got to feel her really MOVE!!  One night we were laying there and he had his hand on my tummy and she kicked the fire out of him!

We had a OB appointment before our departure on Friday and the dr said she is going to be tall.  She is currently 2 weeks ahead on growth (he doesnt feel comfortable moving the due date just yet) but she is in the 91% for height!!  We are talkin all legs.  In the ultrasound her knees were basically sitting on her forehead!  She refuses to show her pretty lil face!!  And if we didnt know she was a girl before now, its SOOOOO obvious now! She keeps that booty right up in the top of my belly and makes sure everyone knows she is a lil girl!

We are going to work some more on the nursery this weekend, hopefully I can get it finished and everything ready to go before the baby shower so that organizing all that stuff will be easier after its all said and done (baby shower is May 1st)

Sorry so long everyone, just wanted to let yall know Claudia and I are doing great, and things are lookin good!  To all those soon to be mommys, my thoughts and prayers are with you all!!  And to those TTC!!  KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, Your precious lil dreams are coming soon!!

Glad everything is going good. So jealous that you got to go to Ohio. I have to wait until May to see family.

So glad to hear all is going well. My hubby has just recently begun to feel little Rory move too and he LOVES it! I REALLY need to start working on the nursery too (I am only 2 weeks behind you). For a while it seemed like I had such a long time, but now with more than half of the pregnancy behind me, it feels like it will just creep up and then I won't have anywhere to put her. Good luck putting yours together. I hope you get a ton done!

We are so close in our due dates! How exciting, we are having a girl too, Sophia. I have not even started on the nursery yet. Ive been afraid to start too soon.. How exciting about the 'babymoon'. It soundslike you had a great time! My hubby and my first wedding anniversary is May 23rd, so we are thinking of taking a mini one that weekend. We'll see though, I may be too uncomfortable at that point to even leave the house haha. Im so glad tohear everything is going good with you all, and keep us posted. Cant wait to hear about your baby shower!
