Weightloss after baby....
Well a lil back story
I had LS 2 years ago and I was 340 lbs...before I got preggers with the twins
I was down to 230 after giving birth I was 253 no im 213 and been 213 for the past 4 months. I cant seem to lose any weight no matter what i do.
I do blame it on my eating habits..while pregnant i craved nothing but cok and now i drink about 3 cans of coke a day! plus i craved bread and yep im eating bread like crazy..but i cant seem to get back on track and i dont dump anymore, i dont feel full anymore and it feels like im just back to my old ways..i eat any and everything and i dont get that full feeling like i used to.
I have an appointment to see my WLS doc but its 2 months from now...I really want to get to my goal weight witch is 180...but it just seems impossible.
Another thing I can go weeks without going to the bathroom if you know what i mean
i take stool softners and they dont work so I always have to take a laxitive.
Does anyone have this problem.
well any advice or ideas that can help me get back on track
I would greatly appreciate it.

For starters, drop the Coke. It will make a world of difference.
Next, go with lean protein (fills you), vegetables, and complex carbs (NO white stuff!!!)
You can do this and you must do this unless you want to end up like you were pre-op. Sorry, just keeping it real. I haven't had babies yet and even I can work a weight gain number on myself - gaining feels awful and a 5lb gain feels like a 50lb gain once you've been down.
You can do this Meleney!!!
Oh, my system is like yours too. It gets much, much better when I add more fiber like green vegetables, high fiber cereals/breads (none of these are white), yams, etc. Key for me too is adding a disolvable fiber like Benefiber to my drinks ( I add it to my coffee) - The Vitamin Shoppe has a sale on their version, it is called Miracle Fiber and disolves quick in hot or cold. Activia yogurt is another healthy remedy. Sugar makes you constipated too - that soda is loaded with sugar. It is a horrible habit to pass onto your kids especially after battling obesity ourselves. More than likely if they don't see us eat it or drink it, they won't neither..
Blessings,
Leila
I hope you make your goal, but most importantly, hope you can kick those habits! Good luck! Stacey
