Help, my gas is killing me (sounds funny, but it really hurts)

My gas pain is the same as Allie's.  Sometimes it gets horrible!  I don't even wanna know how bad labor is gonna be if I can't stand this gas pain as it is!

Last night was one of those nights, I was stopped up, and had gas inside on top of that!  It made my lower back ache with a vengeance, and it also really hurts my upper abdomen.  (Yes, mine eventually moves a bit lower, when it is ready to "pass"...  but it's not really in the middle anymore, it's more like in my lower sides.)

I like to get on all fours and have my husband massage my lower back.  That usually helps me pass the gas.  Last night, I just laid on my left side and took a (very fitful) nap until I was able to wake up and finally have a BM. 

I also massage my belly (upper belly) all day, trying to loosen up the gas.

I don't think your vitamins are causing it either.  I think it is that little baby bear you got in there!  Your abdominal cavity just has no where else to expand, so gas equals serious pain right now.

But, just in case, get your gall bladder checked.  I don't think it's that, but who knows?

I'm sorry I couldn't offer you any other advice, what everyone's already said is what I do.  But I did want to tell you that I suffer right along with you!
