Had baby while Obese? and either had or having baby post op?

I had 2 babies pre op and 1 post op.

weighed 229 when I got pregnant with Jordan. 274 the day he was born. 8lb 6oz 4 days late

weighed 280 when I got pregnant with Kaida. 304 the day she was born. 8 lb 10 oz, 9 days early

weighed 189 when I got pregnant with Luke. Lost down to 175 and gained back up to 181. 5lbs 15 oz, exactly 14 days early

8 and9 lb baby ARE large yet consistan with the ever changing weight gain of society an average baby 20 years ago was 7 lbs.
