Girls. How are you? I have to apologize because I haven't been online much. I hope that I didn't miss any bfp's?? I want you all to know that I pray for your blessings daily in the ttc front. Any way, as always...looking forward to the updates. How are my girls fairing this week?

Some common terms:

TTC - trying to conceive
BFP - big fat positive (positive pregnancy test)
BFN - big fat negative (negative pregnancy test)
CD - the day of your menstrual cycle
O - ovulation
DPO - days past ovulation
LP - luteal phase (time from ovulation to period)
AF - aunt flow ( your period)
PG - pregnant/pregnancy
MC - misscarriage
RE - reproductive endocrinologist
OPK - ovulation prediction kit
CL - coverline ( for those taking their temps to confirm ovulation)
Met - metformin or glucophage ( a diabetes medication sometimes taken to help hormone levels and ovulation)
BD - baby dancing ( having timed intercourse)
DTD - doing the deed
IUI - inter uterine insemination
IVF - in vitro fertilization
PCOS - polycystic ovarian syndrome
POAS - pee on a stick (taking a pregnancy test)
2WW - two week wait...time from ovulation until you can test for pg

Hi,

  Unfortunately AF started on the 15th, so on to next month.  Did go to an RE and got blood work done on Thurs, and my husband will do a semen analysis within the next week or so because he will be out of town,  so we will see.

Heck I would be happy for a sign of my first AF since Hayvann was born but nothing yet. So hubby just likes "practicing" as he puts it. LOL

Hope you are all well. I am 8dpo. So I guess I am just waiting to see if AF will show.

No BFP for me, CD 4.  Just debating now whether I try to get an appointment with an OBGYN before I go away for the summer (and just having 6 actively trying cycles under my belt, this time) or waiting until I get back in the fall (I go away April 30th until mid-October-ish) when I'll have 12-13 cycles, at which point they can't refuse to start fertility testing.  I may not even be able to get in too long before I'm due back anyway, so I'll probably call Monday to see if the doc I want is taking new patients, delay for appt, etc.

I'm adding back soy isos, baby aspirin and if I can find it next weekend, Vitex, mainly for the hormone balance.
