Unfill while pregnant?
Yes! I went in at 8 weeks wanting just a little bit of an unfill but my doc insisted on taking a LOT out and I'm actually glad he did. Eating with restriction is just such a hassle and I didn't need it.
I've maintained my weight really well...at least until this week when I gained five freaking pounds! Up until now, I had only gained 12 pounds the whole pregnancy.
So, you can get unfilled and still maintain a healthy weight gain.

Sure you can. YOu can also get a fill if needed (depending on your doc of course). I had a small unfill while I had morning sickness and then had it put back in once it passed.

One of the things that can really affect it during pregnancy is that you're going to start retaining a lot more fluid, and it isn't just in your ankles,, it's in all your tissues, so your band can feel tighter, especially in the morning.

At 19 weeks, the top of your uterus is still below your navel. Depending on where your port is, you should be able to get an unfill. Most ports are situated above the navel somewhere to the left or right so you should be fine.
