Off and on for the past few weeks my back has been hurting sometimes more then others... Normal I know... but last night I did something wicked to my left shoulder blade in my back... I can't walk at times and slept like ****lol I think twin B is pinching something... I tried to get him to move, which he does eventually and I get a lil relief but then he seems to shimmy back where he was before... I took a Tylenol and the hubby put a lil asper cream on it and I just use a heating pad every once and a while... I have asthma and I am having a hard time breathing at times... I am gonna call my OB this morning once they open and see what else I can do but I have a feeling I am stuck like this until the twins come... Anything out there I'm not already doing that might help... I am moving this weekend and I have a almost 2 year old I have to chase between 8am and 6 pm until friday when her daddy has off of work... I don't know what to do but I can't deal whit this pain anymore...lol

I get that sometimes too. If I get on my hands and knees on the floor and rock a bit back and forth it seems to get the baby to move away from whatever it is. IF you see a chiropractor make an appt, if you don't you might want to think about it. I also get that pain as a result of my ribs spreading to make room for baby. Occasionally my ribs have popped out of place and she is able to get them back in - INSTANT relief!

Feel better

Thanks... It's not so bad now I was able to actually do the dishes from last night... I am just worried my daughter will cause me to jerk or move wrong and it goes back out...

Hey Chrissy,
I suffered this pain with my daughter all thru my pregnancy with her.
This baby I started having the pains when standing for longer than a few minutes and if I went to bed my left leg would go numb when sleeping on it.  I have never in my life been to a chiropractor.  But my DH goes and he said you need to go.  I was like whatever...but finally went.  OMG, let me tell you!!!  It was the best thing for me.  The doctor showed me how my body was out of whack, just by having me stand in the mirror.
So, he does his magic!  I have had 4 visits, I go once a week, but after that first one, no more pain while standing, no more leg going numb while sleeping!  I couldn't believe the difference.
I would highly recommend going...even from a skeptic like me!  Best thing I did for myself!

My dad use to go to one... I am seriously thinking about it... I got this at the end of my daughter's pregnancy and thankfully it stopped before I went into labor. I think it was 2 weeks ago I threw out my lower back and it got better quicker then usual... and then I was cleaning closets yesterday afternoon and then took a nap... After nap I went to change my daughter and leaned over and it was out again but up high this time...

I use an exercise ball and rock back and forth on it.  It helps my back and hips.

Feel better.

The only other thing I use from time to time is a belly belt.  It does seem to take some pressure off the rest of my back.  My pain reminds me of the ache I had when I had an ovarian cyst...difference is it will come and go...Good luck moving this weekend....Stacey

see now I thought about that... but I can't find one big enough for me I am still big... and my stomach hangs quite a bit now days and I assumed my back problems is cuz of it.... At the moment my pain is gone for the most part cuz twin B has spent the day on my far right and don't seem to be bothering any nerves... Hopefully he stays there...lol
