SHOCKED AND HAPPY-WONDER IF SOMEONE COULD RELATE

I WILL TRY AND MAKE THIS SHORT. FRIDAY I WENT IN FOR MY INFERTILITY PROCEDURE(TUBAL CANNILIZATION) AND TO MY SURPRISE SHE PUT THE DIE IN MY UTERUS AND MY TUBE OPENED UP RIGHT AWAY SO SHE DID NOT HAVE TO GO IN AND CLEAR IT OUT. YEAH! SO REALLY THE PROCEDURE TURNED OUT TO BE A HYSTROSALPINGRAM. I WAS WONDERING IF THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ANYONE ON HERE. I HAVE HAVE A HYSTROSALPINGRAM BEFORE AND THATS HOW I KNEW MY TUBE WAS BLOCKED BUT THIS TIME IT CLEARD IT OUT.
I AM SO EXCITED NOW I CAN HAVE A BABY!!!!!!!!! OH I CAN EVEN EXPRESS MY EXCITMENT I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR OVER TWO YEARS NOW AND IM HITTING 40 HERE IN THE NEXT 2 YEARS.....
ALSO I WAS OWNDERING FOR THOSE OF YOU THIS HAPPENED TO WHAT YOU EXPERIENCED AFTERWARDS...SORENESS IN THAT TUBE? BLEEDING FOR A FEW DAYS?

I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE ANY RESPONSES

I don't have any experience but I just wanted to say how happy I am for you!

I think BethD had a blocked tube that cleared after HSG but I could be wrong!

I went in Nov.08 for an HSG to check my blocked tube and low and behold after 10+ years my tube was open AND I got pregnant that month!!! they say you are way more fertile after an HSG  so I say...get busy!!!! I had no side affects what so ever from the HSG

Oh wow better than I thought...lol....it is so funny I ovulated the very next day so hopfully we succeeded. Thank you for your reply. I love to hear good news. Congrats to you as well.

I'm pretty sure there are a few others who got pg immediately after a HSG.  I hope this is a good month for you.  The O immediately after the HSG is great.

That is great news! I had some cramping a light bleeding for a few days. I hope this is your cycle. Like the others said, it somehow makes you a little more fertile for a few months. Good luck. Shari
