I am sorry you are going through this. You need to take care of you and be your own advocate as it appears no one wants to be yours. You have had a lot of bleeding issues and they don't seem to be really seeing what it is. Yes, some people bleed due to sensitive cervix, etc. But, they haven't even said pelvic rest or bed rest for a few days when you are bleeding. I am sure it is SCARY!
I would first write a formal grievance to the hospital explaining fact of the matter (not the emtion) about no one seemed to address the reason for the blood pooling in your uterus. That the doctor never saw you so you could ask questions and you have a quality of care concern about the care you recieved in the hospital. Call the hospital and see if they have a patient advocate.

I'm not the person that normally throws around what my husband does for a living because I find it annoying, but if that had happened to me when I was pregnant........OH HELL NO!!!!!!
