Pretty sure I am miscarrying

Just wanted to update you all, I started spotting yesterday bright red blood with some small clots. The doc said not to worry about going in because there is nothing they can do to stop it. So I just have to watch the bleeding and make sure it does not get too bad. So far it has not been bad enough to soak a pad, just when I wipe and go to the bathroom, but this is how my first miscarrage started so I am sure this is where this one is going. I know bed rest would help, but with five little kids that is out of the question as hubby has to work and I do not have family and friends around us. Thanks for all those who wished me well and prayed for things to go the better way. I am sure god has a reason behind this.
