I just found out that I am pregnant, and I am only 9 months out. I meet with my surgeon next week to go over everything, and I am just praying that everything will be fine.

I have lost 135 pounds, and my weightloss has slowed down. What do you guys think?

Congrats & welcome.  Congrats also on the fantastic weight loss.

Make sure you get your vits in every day, and have your dr do your labs to monitor them and make sure you're not deficient.  As Lexa said, make sure you're getting some healthy carbs to avoid ketosis.  I hope you have a happy and healthy pregnancy.

Thank you both for your response! I am getting all vits in and getting labs next week.

Switch from a multi to a prenatal. You need the extra folic acid and iron it provides.  Keep taking your other supplements. Get in at least 100g of carbs a day to keep your body out of ketosis. Like a PP said, it's bad for the developing baby's brain. Up your fluid intake and make sure you're getting in all your protein! Then get into your surgeon for labs and have your OB work with your surgeon to see what kind of vitamin schedule they want you on. Good luck!

You have already been given great advice from the other ladies.  I just wanted to tell you that I got pregnant 9 months out, and now my little man is almost 2!  You will be fine if you do what the other ladies suggested, and follow your surgeon's instructions!
Congrats!
