UPDATE
Thank you all for the prayers on Friday. The spotting and cramping got much worse and I ended up having a miscarriage later on that night. I am not sure what happened but I went for a check-up today and I will not need a D and C. The doctor said that there is no way to tell what happened but at least we now know that we can get pregnant. I had a lot of pain this weekend and it hurt emotionally as well but I am back in the groove of things and I am focusing on the upcoming arrival of our twins that we are adopting. The birth mother is 31 weeks and had a great check-up today. We will have a growth scan next week and the doctor feels confident that she will make it to at least 34 weeks, which is alot further along than they anticipated due to her placental problems with baby girl. I am so thankful for this and will update you guys as the weeks go on. I never imagined that a miscarriage would be this hard but my family and friends have been so supportive. I am staying positive and focusing on my health. I am so happy that I had my surgery and am looking forward to a health summer!
