Appt. with Maternal Fetal Specialist Today

I'm just about to head out the door to go to the maternal fetal perinatologist. They are going to do an in-depth ultrasound to check for any Down's Syndrome markers. They may possibly do an amnio. It's the day of the appointment and I STILL don't know if I will do the amnio. I'm leaning toward not. I'll just see what the ultrasound shows.

PLEASE pray for our baby and that this blood test they did was just a false positive and that everything is absolutely ok with our baby. I think we're both scared to death of what's going to happen today, even though we've been praying for our baby to be perfectly healthy. I just hope all of this was a big scare for nothing and that our baby is ok! Please, please pray for our baby to be healthy! We definitely appreciate it! Thank you all!

of course we can pray for your baby to be healthy, but also that if the results are accurate, then the strength and courage to be able to cope.
