32wk appt update

Hello everybody!  So we had our appt today and met Dr Moore(the doc I actually switched practices for!) He is AWESOME!  and really young and adorably cute.  He & his wife have twins!
So...we got measured and our tummy is measuring 35 wks and lil girl is still breech..in fact she is looking completely breech.  He is giving us two more weeks til the next ultrasound and if lil miss doesnt go head down, then its time for us to talk c-section.  Yay.  Truly, I dont know which I'd prefer so I'm leaving that in God's hands.  Her HB was great(150 to 160 depending on her mood.  She DID NOT like the doppler one bit!)

Just happy I switched practices!  Oh yeah...they STILL dont have all my records.  Now..they are missing ALL OF MY LABS!  That old practice is priceless.   Did I tell ya'll the nurse that was so rude to me from the old practice called me last week and she was like, "Why didnt you tell me you were leaving us?"  "I will miss you so much!"  I dont know what world she was living in..

Anyway...great visit all around.  I thought it was really cool that in all his exam rooms and the hallways, he has big, blown up pictures of his twins in different areas like the aquarium and different pics of them as they are growing up.  Its so sweet.

You still have LOTS of time for the baby to turn, and in most cases they do. If you want to avoid a c-section, your Dr. can attempt an external version. Here's some info about it. I personally wouldn't want a c-section if I had a choice (but some women do). I've had 4 already so I HAVE no choice. :o(

But here's some info on the external version:

I have heard the external versions hurt!  They tried on my sister but it was unsuccessful.  I am just hoping her stubborn behind does what she needs to do.  Yeah...I agree that there is time for her to turn, but we shall see.  This child is stubborn as a mule when she gets into a position.  The last position she was in she stayed in for at least 12wks...so we shall see.  I have watched both type of deliveries and to be honest, want neither.  Wish they could come up with something just a tad bit less painful and gory than either of those!

C sections aren't so bad if you have to have one. Of course it's better to have it vaginally but if she's breech, then don't be afraid of the C section. You're right, whatever is supposed to happen will, if she's supposed to be breech, then she'll stay that way, if not, then she'll turn. I personally wouldn't have them attempt to turn the baby either, it sounds like it would be much too painful.
