I had to take Tylenol at least three times this weekend, not that it helped very much. I keep telling my husband that it feels like my hips and pelvic bones are just separating and they even throb at times, super achey and all. This DID happen with each of my pregnancies before this so my explanation for it is that my bones are just starting to spread out to make room for delivery. I've had two pretty simple vaginal deliveries so I'm hoping feeling this way again will make for the third!!! Sure hope you start feeling better soon! Darcy

I feel the same way.  I am going in for my 32wk appt today and I'm gonna see what the doc says about this.  Betcha its just the pelvic bones separating, cuz I know my lil girl is still sitting breech...at least I think so anyway...LOL

I felt like that with my twins, especially since I was very active with my 6 yr. old at the time. My twins did come early at 7 months - but that was due to severe toxemia. With two babies pushing down on you, you're bound to feel alot of pulling/tugging/and heaviness down there. lol. As long as you don't have any bleeding/contractions, or feeling the urge to push I wouldn't be too worried about it. Worse comes to worse just to ease your mind - call the dt. Thats what they are there for.
