First night in the nursery

 So, we're finally going to try to transition Rowan to sleeping in his crib in the nursery instead of in the pack n play in our bedroom. he's taken naps in the nursery, but at night he's been in our room since he was born. So far, so good, he's been down for a little over an hour now and hasn't stirred. Of course, for the next couple nights I'll sleep in the nursery as well (we have a day bed in there) so I don't have to run up and down the stairs all the time if he decides to wake up a lot. I'm a little sad about it of course, and not sure how I'll feel when I can't just roll over and **** an ear to hear him breathe. We'll have the monitor of course, but it just isn't the same.

Oh best of luck! We are getting ready to do the same thing with Lucas , I am not ready but he is getting there! I am alot sad! :-) My husband ask me if I was sure I just didn't want to move his crib to our room....don't tempt me :-)
