Ultrasound and Dr appointment

Everything went well at the doctor today. He said a def. congrats and surprise but a good one.  Then we talked for a long while about things.  I will def. have a C/S this time around and Tubal.  I had major reconstructive surgery after Jackson was born and he thinks it is best to do a C/S this time around.  I talked about how sad I am at the thought of not being able to see this birth since I basically delivered my son and he told me I could bring a mirror in there and pull the drape down while the baby is coming out.  So I was much happier.

After my exam I had the ultrasound which showed 1 sac right in the middle.  I was quite relieved since I was worried about twins.  They will do another one next month to see the fetus and heartbeat since it was still too early to see.

Thanks everyone for the prayers. Now just pray that my husband gets the job that he has interviewed for.

YAY! That's great news!

Although, I don't know that I could do the mirror. I've had 4 c-sections and couldn't imagine watching my baby coming out of my sliced open guts! I'd probably pass out.....lol

Thanks, and I am a charge nurse in the operating room so I see surgeries all the time. In fact I had a spinal once for a D&C and Hysteroscopy (to diagnose some problems) and got to see stuff on the screen, it was pretty cool.  But I do understand how most people can't fathom watching.
