Back with Quad Screen results
I am so sad you have to go through this stress, I would be a worried mess myself as well. I am praying that everything turns out o.k.
When you had your first tests, was it a combo of bloodwork and an ultrasound and was it done by a maternal fetal specialist or just your ob? If not those factors could pay into test results that are off base.
Please do keep us posted.

Thanks Kim! I was definitely a worried mess at first. Now I'm just praying and hoping for the best, trying to stay positive about it all.
The only test I've gotten so far was the quad screen.....just bloodwork. I'm doing an ultrasound with a maternal fetal perinatologist on March 10th. Then they will decide if they think I'll need to get an amnio done or not.
I hope this is all just a case of a big fat false positive and that our baby is 100% healthy!

Hi Allie!
I haven't been here in ages, but just logged in and happened to see this post. I hate that you're worried (and congrats to you, too, of course!) You should read this birth story - in fact I think all mothers should. It really changed me. Have tissues ready. Like a truckload or two...

Hopefully you have nothing to worry about... but if you do, your worries might not be as big as you think.
