Have you taken a HPT?  I honestly don't mean to sound rude but I think you should confirm whether or not you are pregnant before you start to worry yourself about how soon you are out from surgery.

If you have confirmed pregnancy there are a few members that got pg very soon after surgery and can offer you better advice than I can, but as far as I know they are having and have had good pregnancies.

Best of luck!

Take a test and confirm before panicking, but then there are a few things you'll have to change if the test is +. You will have to add carbs back into your diet to get yourself out of ketosis. You'll need to make sure that you contact your surgeon and your OB and have them in on your care. Ask for baseline labs so they can be monitored during your pregnancy. It is definately possible to have a healthy pregnancy, it just takes some work. The baby will take what it needs from you, and you will suffer. I'm experiencing that right now with severe anemia, etc.

YES you can have a completely healthy pregnancy and a perfect baby if you are in fact pregnant this early out. I got pregnant at 2 1/2 months post op and could not have had a better pregnancy so it is possible! (Yet not ideal of course.) I just had to take about 8 different vitamins throughout and also see my OB quite often!! Even with being pregnant I lost a total of 200 lbs in my 1st yr! Keep us posted and let us know if you are pregnant and please ask me any questions you might have!!
