Contractions galore

Anyone else dealing with lots of contractions lately? I'll be 32 weeks tomorrow and seems like they are coming more frequently and with greater intensity. My OB told me 2 weeks ago that my ultrasound showed a high fluid level and that it could cause increase in contractions. Guess Noah was listening cause he started acting up right after that appt. I go back on Tuesday for another ultrasound and will discuss it with her then. Just curious if I'm the only one out there dealing with this??

at about your stage i was contracting pretty frequently as well... dr said as long as they are not 4 in an hour not to worry

I had the same problem but mine started at 28 weeks. I was hospitalized for a week dialted to 2 and 50% effaced. Now I'm on bedrest. I have another ultrasound on Wednesday to see how much fluid has been produced in the last 2 weeks. But my regular OB said I am measuring 4 weeks ahead. So it's not good. My ticker is wrong they changed my due date to April 28 due to same sizes for dates. What I've heard about the reason for Polyhydraminos is'nt good but I was reading up and they say mild cases are 65% are unknown causes and mom and baby are fine. I wish you luck!

I have been getting them like crazy too... I am 28 weeks tomorrow... but I am having twins so half the time I think nothing of them. I just assume there BH for me... if they get crazy obviously I will call my doctor...
