I am just about 28 weeks with my twin boys and we definitely had one name but not the other... So of course I hounded my man into deciding on a name with me the other night...

I am not sure if anyone on here would like them or not but were going for different and well DH and I are just odd...lol

So Twin A will be Cleggy Clash Howell

and Twin B will be Sid Clifton Howell

Cleggy is an old Yorkshire name and very uncommon. In case anyone is wondering I have been getting lots of WTF? with the name...lol

But other then that the boys are well... kicking me non stop which makes me feel good knowing all is well with them.. I can't believe I am about to start my 3rd trimester already, I just can't wait to see my boys... I hope everyone is doing good.

Very interesting choices! I really like the name Sid. I must admit, I've never hear Cleggy before, but I am all for interresting names. It must feel good to have them all picked out.

Sid Clifton - beautiful name.

My apologies for the following:

Cleggy - sorry to be brutally honest sounds ugly when it's said and I am sure it will be a "teaser".  Now that's just my opinion

and  give the baby boy a chance . . .  here is clash:

clash  (klsh)

v. clashed, clash·ing, clash·es v.intr. 1. To collide with a loud, harsh, usually metallic noise: cymbals clashing. 2. To come into conflict; be in opposition: factions that clashed on a tax increase; an eyewitness account that clashed with published reports. 3. To create an unpleasant visual impression when placed together: colors that clash. v.tr. To strike together with a loud, harsh, metallic noise. n. 1. A loud, harsh noise, such as that made by two metal objects in collision. 2. A conflict, as between opposing or irreconcilable ideas. See Synonyms at discord. 3. Maybe I'm weird too...but I like them.  You don't have to worry about too many kids in their class having their names either!  To me they sound like country singers' names...LOL.

My poor girl is gonna have to share her name(Isabella Grace) with aLOT of girls but I love it!

Yea I like the names...not everyone who dont know us will understand the names and why they were chosen... my daughters name is Lola and I love the fact that not many people are named Lola...

Cleggy is an old Yorkshire name anyone named it is OLD or dead...lol  and we are just big old school punk fans... We got the name SID from Sid Vicious and Clifton after his grandfather... Clash is our favorite band. I might talk him into another name yet but... It's hard to do...

Names are always tricky....we had a boy named picked out in minutes after finding out we were preggo...because I was betting on a boy.  His name Jace Brandon...Jace (similar to my name Stacey and starts with a "J"-a requirement from the hubby; Brandon was my brother's name who passed away 15 years ago).  We had a girl name picked out Sierra Grace but that was just a thought...knowing it was a boy....Well, the min we left the dr. office from hearing it was a girl, we both said, Sierra is out.  So we began our search.  I picked out the middle name and my husband took several names he like and created the first name...It's a name never heard before, and some will look at spelling and not even know how to pronnounce it; but we both like it.  We haven't told anyone the name, not even my step daughter.  We didn't want anyone else's opinion, we liked it and that's going to be her name....

So long story short; I never heard of Cleggy and believe I have heard of Sid as nickname; but if they are beautiful/handsome names you like....GO FOR IT!

Have a great day...enjoy the last months of pregnancy!  stacey
