Ultrasound Update

That happened to me and when I went back for my following week a heartbeat was seen. I was told it could have been position and such. Have you heard from the Doc??? I am thinking of you! (((HUGS)))

Angie... I agree with the girls. Totally could be a late implant and hb usually aren't seen at 5w. Please try to relax...and I will be praying for your peace of mind and for that little one to stay put and grow! Shari

Hi Angie,

The fact that they saw the fetal pole and yolk sac is a GOOD thing! I went in for my first appointment with Matty thinking I should be measuring well over six weeks, and they saw exactly what you are describing. I was freaking out for the week they made me wait, but when I went back in I had exactly a weeks worth of growth and a heartbeat!

I hope the same happens for you and that everything works out perfectly! If you want some peace of mind demand that they do the blood draw! HUGS.
