I was just wondering if you did anything differently the month you got your BFP??  Any different vitamins or anything like that?  Did anyone use Preseed?  Just wondering if I change something it will help me this month. Thanks ladies!

Well besides using my fertility monitor...putting a pillow under me really helped. And then after hehe this sounds funny but propping my legs in the air. We took a pretty long break after my miscarriage. But the first month we really tracked and used the monitor I got pregnant.

Hey what ever works LOL!!  Last month was really my first month truely tracking but been trying for almost 5 now.  So I am willing to try some changes! Thanks for your help!

We did several things differently that month.

1- DH and I both stopped drinking caffeine and alcohol (I don't drink but DH had a nightly beer)  I was/am a coffee addict, so I stopped completely

2- preseed. this was the first month we used it

3- DH took a mens multivitamin

4- tracking ovulation with OPK's, which I did the other cycles too

5- has sex every other day around O time

6- layed with my legs in the air for about 20 minutes

OMG NO COFFEE!!!! Wow I hadnt thought of that and I am SOOOOOOOOOOO addicted to my cup of DD every morning.  I will have to reduce at 1st!
I did the OPK last month and just order more for this month.  I actually order preseed OPK's and HPT's.  2 points for the legs in the air! This is the 2nd post that said that so if it worked for you girls I will give it a shot!  Thanks for your help!

Once I got out of my first trimester I gradually added coffee back in.  But it seems to have made the biggest difference!  good luck

Both times I got preggers it was one of those things that I thought we wouldn't get preggers. The first time it was the first month we tried. This time I got the go ahead and just figured it wouldn't happen. In fact I was asking the OB nurse about killer PMS cause I was so sick (and had been since the miscarriage) and she was like ummm... you were supoosed to start when? You are getting a blood test. Boom! I was preggers.

I shall now be know as Hagatha: Queen of the queens.

 With my DS I thought I was coming down with something and was telling my boss at work and she said ummm maybe your preg!  I thought no way at a nieve age of 23 LMAO 7 months later I got a wonderful gift!  Thanks for your help!
