You need to increase your protein intake and even do the 5 day pouch test. That will definitely bring you back to basics to help you get to your goal.

Good luck!

I'm still TTC so have no experience with post pregnancy weight loss however at almost 2 years out i've done the '5 day pouch test' a couple of times to get "back to basics" and have loved the results.

Good Luck!

I have a 4 month old and was back to my pre pregnancy weight a week after delivering him and my clothes still fit funny. Your body will change after pregnancy. I used to be able to wear skinny jeans... now they just look and feel weird, yet I am the same weight I was before so who knows? It all takes a toll on your body.

I just had my baby 2 weeks ago and I'm back to my pre-prego weight but my jeans still don't fit. Your body definitely changes! It sucks. I had wide hips in the first place and apparently, they got wider.
