All of a sudden these last few days I have been ravenous. I mean, Im minutes after just eating. I know some of this is pregnancy related, however,I think some of it is boredom. Ive been snowed in for the last several days, with nothing to do, and I feel like bad habits are sneaking back up on me. Ive literally gaind 5 pouns in just a few days. I feel so guilty, because I worked so hard to loose my 200 pounds, and I dont want to gain too much with this pregnancy. Can you guys give me some motivation, some tips to keep me from munching while Im stuck in the house.. I was using sunflower seeds. This helped me feel like I was muching, but without the extra calories. However, im out, and our cars are buried, so no more of that lol. Sorry for rambling guys. Im just getting worried that im going to blow up again. :( Hope all of you stuck in the snow like I am are safe and with power! God bless!

oh man... I have some days where I wanna do that... I sit home most of the time, and the snow brings me down and I just wanna eat. I think I do quite well especially for eating for 3...lol  But I recently have been doing suduko puzzles and it keeps me off the comp and I just relax like I should be well in between keeping my daughter occupied...lol  Some days I dont eat hardly anything and then theres days where I feel like I never stop eating... I dont think I helped you much...lol I just wanted to say I can relate...

I am stuck in this same darn snow storm and going a bit stir crazy today - not sure why it's the first day I've been trapped. BUT that being said - pop corn is a life saver for me. About 1/3 of one of those microwave bags and I am full.

Also you can try eating something that is dense in protein, that will take longer to get through your pouch and you should stay fuller, longer.

Thanks ladies for your responses. Im so glad to know im not alone lol. Popcorn is a great idea. And soduku also is fun. I actually just downloaded a version of it on my cell phone which seems really intriguing. Im actually drinking a protein shake right now. I figured if I start my day focused on protein, maybe it will help stay on track all day. :)

I have managed to now working with the problem of wanting to chow all the time rather then fighting it... I have invested in Celery Radishs and all kinds of fruits and veggies... I find that if I am eating a hand full of grapes or blue berries or a small plate of celery with some blue cheese dressing... I actually fill up from the liquid in them, for a couple hours at least... and I can hardly feel guilty about feeding the kid something super healthy in the process...

I have also gone to if I am craving sweets 1/4 fruit juice with 3/4 water... and waiting an hour before actually placating the desire 9 out of 10 times... that gets me thru the craving Ding Dong Free...

So far at 23 weeks I have managed to only gain 10 lbs... which my Doc seems pleased with... it makes me nervous to see things getting bigger when there used to be loose skin... but I have to believe I am making the right choices at least along the way.

Oh and careful with the sunflower seeds... that salt can swell up a preggo ankle in no time at all... of coarse if your ankles are too soar to get to the kitchen it might actually be a good plan... LOL :-)
